Yvon Bergeron, Founder & Chairman of the Board

Since co-founding Radio IP Software in 1998, Yvon Bergeron has held key technical and executive management positions within the organization. He has been instrumental in the development of wireless network software solutions with a focus on enabling mobile data communications over any type of wireless network technology. As the original architect of Radio IP MTG™, the company's flagship Mobile VPN solution, Yvon has kept Radio IP Software at the forefront of mobile data solutions for vertical market user needs. Yvon graduated with a bachelor's degree in Computer Mathematics from the University of Sherbrooke in 1985.

Daniel Desgagné, Chief Operating Officer

Joining Radio IP Software in January 2010 as COO, Daniel Desgagné, Eng. has over 25 years of experience in executive management and leadership positions, in both domestic and overseas markets. A significant portion of Daniel's career has been spent in the information technology industry. Prior to working at Radio IP Software, Daniel was President at GEO-3D, a software and hardware company in the field of geomatics and geographic information technologies. Focused equally on strategic vision and execution, Daniel has implemented various initiatives that have helped several organizations achieve their growth objectives while attaining full operational and financial efficiency.

Mario Fugère, Vice President Finance & Operations

Mario Fugère is a co-founder of Radio IP Software. He was appointed Vice President Finance & Operations in 2001. From 1994 to 1998 Mario served as project manager consultant and Vice President Operations at Com Bacc Consulting Inc. During this time he worked in conjunction with JTI MacDonald. Prior to that, Mario was a partner and senior consultant with JBA Software Quebec Inc. Mario holds a bachelor's degree in Information System Management from the University of Quebec in Montreal.

Mike M. Bourre, Vice President Sales

Mike M. Bourre joined Radio IP Software in 2000 and has been serving as aVice President since 2002. Before joining Radio IP Software, Mike was a Sales Engineer for M3i Systems Inc. Mike's career spans more than fifteen years supporting the engineering implementation and sale of a wide range of software products for major computer-aided dispatch and Rogers Cantel and Metropolitan Gas. Mike graduated from Cambrian College with two Engineering diplomas.

Germain Emond, Chief Technology Officer

Germain Emond joined Radio IP Software in 2003 with an extensive background in wireless communication. From 2005 to 2008, Germain held the position of Vice President Research & Development. In 2009, he was appointed Chief Technology Officer. Over the past twenty years his work has focused on creating middleware solutions for mobile data transmission. Prior to joining Radio IP Software, Germain was Director of Software Development from 1992 to 2002 for M3i Systems Inc., a company specializing in computer-aided dispatch. Germain holds a diploma from Limoilou College in Computer Science.

Martin Beauchesne, Director of Customer Service

Martin Beauchesne has extensive background in project management, consultancy and technical leadership. Martin joined Radio IP Software in 2004 and was appointed Director of Customer Service in 2008. Prior to working at Radio IP Software, Martin enjoyed a ten year career at CGI Inc., a company based in Montreal that builds high performance software targeted to gas, electric, telecommunication and public safety industries around the world. Martin holds a diploma from Limoilou College and has studied computer science at the University of Quebec at Montreal.

Patrick Tabourin, Director of Marketing & Product Management

With over eighteen years of experience, Patrick Tabourin joined Radio IP Software as Director of Product Management in 2008 and became responsible for all Business Development, Product Management and Marketing activities in 2009. Patrick’s prior experience includes leading one of two worldwide Multi-Vendor Integration Centers at Ericsson and working at Innovatech Montreal, a Venture Capital Fund, where as Investment Director, he completed twenty transactions, managed a portfolio of ten companies and was seated on multiple boards of directors. Patrick holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nancy, a diploma in Industrial Automation from the University of Valenciennes and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from HEC Montreal.

Éric Gélinas, Director of Research & Development

Éric Gélinas joined Radio IP Software in 2008 and brings with him over fifteen years of software development experience. Before joining Radio IP Software, Éric was Director of Software Development at GIRO and at AD-OPT, now a division of Kronos Inc., companies that both specialize in planning and scheduling products for the transportation industry. Éric holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a master’s degree in Operations Research, both from the École Polytechnique de Montréal.
