Radio IP Announces new VP Customer Service

Radio IP Software is proud to introduce Roch Tremblay as our new VP Customer Service. Roch is a senior executive with more than 15 years of experience in leading customer service & technical teams across the telecommunications industry.
Roch's experience in change management, customer service and large-scale project management support his strong leadership capabilities and his commitment to promoting a strong service culture. An energetic and creative business builder, Roch has been involved in developing customer service teams across Canada in companies such as Shaw Direct, Bell & GFI Business Solutions, National Bank of Canada and Rona. Roch is also a recognized speaker at various customer relations and contact center management forums and events. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce and another in Political Science.
His breadth of experience will ensure Radio IP’s Customer Service team continues to deliver best-in-class service, while leveraging the productivity and efficencies achievable through the focused implementation of key technologies throughout all service processes. Roch will also provide support for Radio IP’s systems as we expand into worldwide markets.
