New appointment reinforces on‐going commitment to customer‐focused organization

Montreal, Quebec – September 28, 2011 — Radio IP Software Inc., a leading developer of advanced mobile Virtual Private Network (MVPN) solutions, announced today the appointment of Sylvain Thomas as Vice President, Customer Service, reinforcing its continuing transformation to a customer‐oriented organization. In this role, Sylvain will leverage more than 20 years of operations management and market development experience in the telecom and high‐tech sectors to ensure that Radio IP’s post‐sales services address the exact needs of Radio IP’s customers and partners worldwide.

Prior to joining Radio IP, Sylvain led the Operations team for a division of Trimble Navigation, a large, international company providing advanced positioning technology and mobile data solutions. Before that, he carried similar responsibilities for Bell Canada, a major national telecom enterprise. Sylvain also recently obtained its Black Belt status in the Lean Six Sigma program, a well‐respected certification in project management and change facilitation.
